eGiftery is used by businesses as a way to show appreciation to their clients. If you received an eGiftery invitation someone you’ve done businesses with has invited you to their private page to take advantage of exclusive offers from businesses in your neighborhood as a way of saying “thank you”.

eGiftery is the medium they use to send the invitation and display the offers available to you. In order to personalize their email to you and pull the offers available in you zip code your zip code, your email address, first and last name were used to initiate the invitation. This information is not shared and remains the possession of the business you shared it with to communicate with you.

Registration

In order to use this website, a user must first register.

Person invited to participate in eGiftery: 1. Must click the link on their invitation. 2. Confirm the information showing and create a password.

Business subscriber: 1. Must complete the registration form and provide required information. 2. Submit payment for their subscription. 3. To purchase a subscription from us, you must provide you.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

We DO NOT share your information with others except for the owners of the online registration link provided to you from a business on their marketing materials, website, business card or other source. In this case, you would have went to a web link and provided your information to get access to a business’s private eGiftery page to take advantage of offers. By choosing this option you give the participating eGiftery business explicit permission to send messages to your contact information you provided when you signed up. No client information from participating businesses is ever shared with another business.

Person invited to participate in eGiftery:
The business who sent you the eGiftery is the owner of the information collected on this site. eGiftery only uses your information to deliver the eGiftery invitation, provide notifications through the system of account activity by you and provide new offer alerts so you don’t miss out on opportunities.
Whether you are an invited participant or business subscriber, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use the information you provided to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

You may view and edit your personal data at any time by logging into your account and going to the My Profile page. You may opt out of any future email contact from us at any time by clicking unsubscribe on any of the emails we send. SPAM

eGiftery is an email service provided to help local businesses build relationships with existing customers and attract new customers while strengthening communities. All eGiftery emails contain the mandatory unsubscribe link that allows recipients to remove themselves from a mailing distribution list. If someone unsubscribes from eGiftery our enterprise system automatically prevents any eGiftery emails from being sent to them.
To avoid SPAM:
Be sure you are sending email to those who have opted in for your messages or joined your distribution list
